At ABC School Supplies, we want to ensure your students and classrooms are perfectly equipped. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned supplies, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
