Presented in an ADHD-friendly design, with a foreword by Ken Kilbride, it’s packed with information, useful resources and simple tips. This guide provides clear and comprehensive personal insights, including interviews with artists, medics, writers, inventors and more, each offering a candid glimpse into life as an ADHDer in Ireland.
