Geoplane Activity Set
Geoplans Workshop - For 2 children offers progressive activities to discover and create simple plane geometric shapes.
Levels: Kindergarten - First Grade
Presentation :
Each child has a Geoboard, elastic bands of different sizes and colors, a perforated activity sheet to place on the wooden base (or next to it), and/or an instruction card.
Through this exploration, the child learns to reproduce shapes while respecting their color and position on the Geoboard.
ACTIVITY PROGRESSION:
The file, organized into 5 levels of increasing difficulty, will guide the child to reproduce a configuration and orient themselves within a grid. Examples of activities:
- Perforated sheets only: Level 1 - Level 2
- Perforated sheets combined with an instruction card: Level 3 - Level 4
- Instruction card only: Level 5

- Knowing how to name some plane shapes (square, rectangle, triangle) and their characteristics (vertex, side).
- Reproduce a configuration from a model.
